Position Summary:

The Project Manager will work closely with IT leadership and clients and be responsible for all Einstein IT related projects and assisting to coordinate the implementation of capital projects. Will oversee all aspects of assigned projects to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality time and cost. Will help create and maintain a portfolio of all projects and their status.

  • Support and drive timely implementation of projects within budget and holding to scope.
  • Collaborates closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, priority and resources while elevating the customer experience.
  • Translates information into clearly documented detailed requirements and functional specifications.
  • Creates, manages and updates project plans including risk management plans, communication plans, budgets and other related project documentation.
  • Tracks the status of all projects and manage escalations.
  • Facilitates routine project status meetings including executive briefings.
  • Updates and reviews reports for all projects.
  • Manage project quality control and assurance.
  • Establish goals for project delivery. Apply best practices in vendor selection, contract negotiation, business analysis, business rationale and project life cycle.
  • Perform other related technology duties and projects as needed.

Bachelors Degree and 5-7 years of industry experience as part of IT Management.

Previous PMO experience strongly preferred with demonstrated knowledge of full lifecycle project management.

Experience using standard project tools including Microsoft Project.
